Complete sender control

You can use your own 'from name' and email address, so the email always looks like it comes from you. You can also select your own subject and which email address any replies should be forwarded to. We take all the messy work out of the equation by processing any bounces and unsubscribes for you automatically.

Smart bounce and complaint handling

We automatically detect different types of bounces and react accordingly. Undeliverable addresses are removed immediately, temporary fails are given additional chances before removal based on best practice. With the integration into the feedback loop of ISP’s like Yahoo, Hotmail and AOL, we can detect if a subscriber marks you as spam, and remove them from your list automatically.

Several delivery methods

Within the Full Service version you get all the possible dlievery methods you want, like trigger mailing (i.e. after buying or ordering a product online), date orientated mailing (i.e. automated personalised birthday mailings), time frame orientated mailing (for example 3 months after the purchase date of a new car). With our Full Service version it is also possible to have continuous mail campaigns.

Test email, send now or schedule for later.

Once you're happy with your email, send yourself a test version to check it out. Then, send to your list immediately or schedule it for delivery at another time. This way you can build your campaigns in advance and schedule them for delivery overnight, tomorrow morning, next month or any time in between.
